Quinoa Chocolate Cake
We were thrilled when we discovered we could bake with quinoa instead of flour. Not only is quinoa a complete protein, but it’s such a fabulous substitute for flour, which is especially convenient for gluten sensitive folks. Plus there’s something about chocolate and the tartness of purple grapes that make this a serious delectable dessert.
